The Archdiocese of Brisbane is committed to providing safe, respectful and inclusive environments for all people, especially children, young people and adults at risk.

This form provides an opportunity for staff, parishioners and members of the wider community to share feedback, comments or suggestions about safeguarding policies, procedures and practices within the Archdiocese.

Your feedback supports continuous improvement and a strong safeguarding culture.

This form is for feedback and suggestions only.

It is not intended for reporting immediate risk, abuse or serious safeguarding concerns.
